SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING will be hour long group sessions personalized to each athlete’s specific goals and needs. Sessions will combine testing (functional movement/ strength and conditioning testing to provide data to use to measure goal progress) and include gym safety and exercise technique. Nutritional advice will be given to athletes looking to gain, lose, or maintain their weight or to switch their body composition. If going on vacation or only able to make 1 or 2 sessions a week, athlete will be provided with workouts that can be done on athlete’s own time.  Max 4 people per hour.
